Tykes Enjoy New Bikes!

Local nonprofit Bikes for Babes, headed by Danny
Perrotto, has made a difference in the lives of many refugees this year.
Bikes for Babes shared dozens of bicycles with IIRIS for Katrina evacuee
and international refugee children to enjoy. Mr. Perotta made monthly
deliveries to our office to distribute bicycles to children in need.
Adults also benefit from gifts of bicycles: they can accept jobs in areas
underserved by public transportation, and rely on their own steam to
get to work. If you’d like to supplement Bikes for Babes’ generosity
by making sure each child also receives a bike helmet, please contact
