IRIS's Immigration Legal Services currently serves families and individuals who are or have been resettled by IRIS. We assist and represent IRIS refugee clients with applications for lawful permanent residence status, naturalization, and family reunification - filing petitions for family members, such as spouses and children, to join them in the United States. In addition, we help with routine matters such as travel documents, replacement of lost cards, and delays in the application processes.
